These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.wearocd.in and purchases made from OCD. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using our store

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the store or placing an order. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or misuse store content.

Products and product information

We aim to present product descriptions, prices and images accurately. However, colours can appear differently across screens, and minor variation may occur through normal printing or production processes. Please review product information and the size chart before ordering.

Orders, pricing and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where necessary—for example, where product information, pricing, stock, payment or delivery details are incorrect. Prices and any applicable taxes or shipping charges are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed.

Payments

Payment is processed through the options available at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment and billing information. We may suspend or cancel an order if payment authorization fails or if fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Shipping, cancellation and resolutions

OCD ships within India only. Our processing and delivery estimates, cancellation rules and delivery responsibilities are set out in the Shipping & Delivery policy. Requests relating to damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under the Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property

The OCD name, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, text and other store content are owned by or licensed to OCD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use this material without prior written permission.

Third-party services

Our store may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment and delivery providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. OCD is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OCD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the store.
