OCD ships apparel orders across India. We aim to keep every stage clear, from confirmation to delivery.

At a glance

Shipping coverage: India only
Order processing: usually 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 4–7 business days
Delivery charges: free on prepaid orders; Cash on Delivery carries a ₹100 charge

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, sales, high-volume periods or events outside our control, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier network. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, weather, operational disruptions or courier delays may affect transit time.

Tracking and delivery updates

When your order is handed to the courier, we will send the available shipment or tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the update.

Address accuracy

Please check your name, phone number, address and PIN code carefully before placing an order. OCD cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect details supplied at checkout. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

Courier delays and delivery issues

Courier partners operate independently. If a shipment is delayed, we will help raise an escalation with the courier, but delays alone do not qualify for a refund. For an item that arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
